Support & Documentation Letters
At times, clients may request written documentation to support housing, academic, workplace, or disability-related accommodations. These requests are considered clinical assessments and are not automatically granted.
All letters are written at the discretion of the treating therapist and must be clinically appropriate and ethically supported.
Letters are:
Available to current clients actively engaged in therapy
Based on established therapeutic history
Not automatically granted
Subject to fees and turnaround times
Please review the specific page related to your request for details.
Additional Documentation Requests
Occasionally, clients may request documentation that does not fall within ESA or standard accommodation categories. Examples may include medical leave documentation, academic petitions, or other institution-specific forms requiring in-depth clinical review. These requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically provided.
Letters are written at the therapist’s discretion, must be clinically appropriate, and require sufficient therapeutic history. Some requests may require additional assessment. Fees for specialized documentation are determined upon request and depend on the scope and time involved.
