Policies at a Glance

Our policies are designed to support clarity, respect, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Below is a brief overview. A more in depth conversation will be had with your individual therapist.

  • Appointments & Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee.

  • Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Superbills may be available upon request.

  • Between-Session Communication:
Email and messaging are for scheduling or brief administrative needs only. They are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for crisis support.

  • Crisis Support:
Oregon Healing Collective does not provide 24/7 crisis services. In an emergency, call 911, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to the nearest emergency department.

  • See our Resources tab for more.

  • Letters & Documentation:
Requests for letters or forms may require additional time and fees. Completion is not guaranteed and depends on clinical appropriateness.

  • Therapeutic Fit & Scope:
Therapy is a collaborative process. Either the client or therapist may decide to end services if needs fall outside the scope of care, with support for transition when possible.

  • Privacy & Confidentiality:
We protect your privacy in accordance with HIPAA. Confidentiality may be limited in legally required situations.

  • Respectful Conduct:
We are committed to a respectful, affirming environment. Discriminatory or abusive behavior toward staff or therapists is not tolerated.
