My therapeutic process is humanistic, emotion-focused, and values creativity, rest, and play. My approach will emphasize your strengths and explore how we can build on what is already working for you. I want to support you in ways that focus on your goals and center your values. Your safety and ongoing consent are integral to our work together.

I believe that mental health is better understood when exploring your unique context, identities, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and transparent in an effort to deconstruct power dynamics within our therapeutic relationship. As a mental health advocate, my ongoing critical consciousness development is essential and lifelong.

I have a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. I have advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Intimate Partner Violence Universal Screening, Group Counseling, Addiction and Recovery, Relational Sex Therapy, and Suicide Risk Assessment, Intervention, and Safety Planning. I am currently involved in the implementation and evaluation of youth suicide prevention programs in school districts across the state of Oregon.
